This User Agreement is between Five Cities Coworking ("we," "us," or "our") and you, the Member. It governs your use of our coworking space located at 558 Camino Mercado, Arroyo Grande, CA 93420.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. It is your responsibility to review the most current version available at www.FiveCitiesCowork.com. Continued use of your membership constitutes acceptance of the then-current terms.

1. Payment & Membership Terms

• All membership fees are non-refundable.
• You may use our address as your business address.
• Your agreed monthly membership rate will be charged automatically until you provide notice of cancellation.
• Thirty (30) days' notice is required to cancel your membership.

2. Membership Status

• You are a coworking member, not a tenant.
• Your membership provides a revocable license to use amenities and services and does not create a lease, tenancy, or property interest of any kind.
• Amenities may include office space, workstations, internet access, office equipment, meeting rooms, and other shared resources.

3. Prohibited Activities

Your membership may be terminated immediately for illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities, including but not limited to:

• Defamation, abuse, harassment, threats, or invasion of privacy.
• Infringement of intellectual property rights.
• Pyramid schemes, spam, or chain letters.
• Use of false identities or misrepresentation.
• Interfering with, disrupting, or restricting internet or network services.

4. Insurance & Licensing

Members are solely responsible for maintaining all licenses, permits, and insurance required by their profession and by the City of Arroyo Grande.

5. Liability & Assumption of Risk

• Five Cities Coworking makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the facilities, services, or your membership.
• You assume all risks associated with the use of the space and its amenities.
• You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Five Cities Coworking, its owners, managers, and staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of the space.
• You are solely responsible for your personal property. We are not liable for loss, damage, or theft of any belongings.

6. Termination of Membership

We may terminate your membership at any time, in our sole discretion. Grounds may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of this Agreement.
• Conduct that may endanger or disturb others.
• Substantiated complaints from members, guests, or neighboring businesses.
• Business or operational decisions unrelated to your individual membership.

Upon termination, you must immediately remove all personal property. Any items left more than fourteen (14) days after termination will be deemed abandoned and donated to Five Cities Coworking. We may donate such items to a nonprofit organization and deduct any hauling or disposal costs from your security deposit, if applicable.

7. Mail Handling

Members may not establish official USPS mail forwarding to our address. Upon termination of membership, we will cooperate with you to allow a reasonable transition period to update your mailing address.

8. Acceptance of Agreement

By enrolling in membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this User Agreement and that you are responsible for reviewing updates posted at www.FiveCitiesCowork.com.
