From Camino Mercado, look for the building behind the cemetery — free parking is available. We're conveniently located for professionals commuting from Pismo Beach (5 min), Grover Beach (5 min), Oceano (8 min), Nipomo (15 min), Shell Beach (10 min), Avila Beach (15 min), and San Luis Obispo (20 min).

All our memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. We believe you should stay because you love the space, not because a contract traps you. Monthly memberships require a 30-day cancellation notice (you must cancel through your Square account — we cannot cancel for you). No hidden fees, no annual commitments.

You can use this address for: LLC and business registration, business licenses, Google Business Profile verification, mail and package reception, and professional credibility with a real street address (not a PO Box). Note: Virtual Office does not include physical workspace access or mail scanning.

Important: we do not offer mail scanning, but mail forwarding is available by request ($25 handling fee + actual shipping). We also cannot accept official USPS mail forwarding from your address to ours.
